I’m looking to lead voter engagement and organizing programs where I can coach teams, manage distributed execution, and use performance data to improve outreach effectiveness across multi-channel campaigns.

I’m a senior campaign and organizing professional with 10+ years of experience building and managing large-scale voter engagement programs. I recruit, train, and coach organizers, then translate strategy into day-to-day execution across distributed teams and multi-region operations, maintaining accountability through rigorous performance tracking and data quality.

In my most recent role, I oversaw statewide voter engagement campaigns across multiple regions, scaling multi-channel outreach (canvass, phone, text) and contributing to 1M+ voter contacts by identifying gaps and driving real-time adjustments. I’ve led field operations, supervised organizing staff and external partners through clear expectations and 1:1s, and coordinated with coalition stakeholders to ensure consistent program delivery across complex electoral environments.
