At Long Island Progressive Coalition, I rebuilt membership infrastructure after COVID disruptions and grew meeting participation from one attendee to more than forty in-person participants, plus virtual attendance. I created leadership pathways that helped members testify, lobby elected officials, facilitate meetings, and bring more community leaders into the work.
I developed campaign strategies across public power, environmental justice, voting rights, and democracy, and facilitated the Long Island Accountability Table, bringing representatives from 20–30 organizations together for collective advocacy. Sustained coalition organizing helped secure passage of Long Island Public Power legislation.
At Gounardes 2020, I directed field operations and designed voter contact strategy using phone banking, text banking, canvassing, and relational organizing. At Common Cause New York, I managed texting infrastructure and voter data integration; I also taught writing, communications, and critical thinking as an adjunct instructor.
