Niruschanth Kirubaharan

As a self-employed private tutor in Sutton, I sourced, onboarded and retained an independent client base for Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics tuition up to GCSE level.

I built long-term trust with students and parents through consistent delivery, sustaining relationships and repeat engagement over multi-year periods. I adapted my teaching to individual needs to improve comprehension and measurable progress.

At Shell Little Waitrose, I resolved customer enquiries, complaints and returns face to face, using a consultative approach to reach positive outcomes. I also processed transactions and helped deliver seasonal promotional displays.

I used Excel to track stock levels and reduce waste, supporting the store manager’s commercial decisions. I’m seeking a field-based sales role where I can apply my relationship-building and self-management skills to new business generation.
