I'm managing concurrent transmission infrastructure projects at Transgrid, coordinating engineering, operational, commercial and delivery teams across live utility environments. Previously at Sydney Water, I led delivery coordination for major brownfield and greenfield projects valued at approximately $75M–$250M, including pipeline duplication and microtunnelling works.
I've also delivered defence, commercial and council infrastructure projects through APP Corporation, Aurecon and BGIS. I bring client-side project management across governance, procurement, contractor coordination, operational integration, shutdown planning, risk management and executive reporting in regulated, politically sensitive environments.
