What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my Dynamics 365 functional consulting, retail/POS configuration, incident management, and user-support experience to end-to-end ERP delivery and operational improvement.

I've supported Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Retail/POS environments for Cubastion Consulting, Globtier Infotech, Net Access India, and Royal Enfield projects. I manage L1 and L2 functional support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, UAT, and production issue remediation.

Across retail implementations, I've configured POS finance and operational settings, stores, products, discounts, purchase orders, sales orders, and day-end processes. I've also created functional requirement documentation, trained key super users, and worked with business and engineering teams to turn operational pain points into stable solutions.

Earlier, I spent 5.6 years building B2C and B2B ecommerce campaigns, improving website user experiences, analytics, promotions, and sales opportunities.
