I’m seeking a growth-oriented role where I can apply my functional and operational expertise while building long-term value for the organization.

At Trident Information Systems Pvt. Ltd., I provide functional consulting and operational support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce and F&O implementations on Project: GMG. I configure retail stores, promotions, workers, devices, and warehouses, and prepare Solution Design Documents.

I also support end users before and after go-live, resolve MS D365 and MPOS tickets within SLA, and train outlet staff on retail operations and MPOS functionality. Previously, at Net Access India Limited (Murugappa Group), I supported projects including Adani Airport, Royal Enfield, and 24Seven, configuring stores and creating product and master data.
