I support IT infrastructure, telephony, networks, hardware, and help desk operations across healthcare, food manufacturing, accounting, and other business environments.
At Asia Pacific Medical Center - Aklan, I’ve progressed from Information Technology Technical Support to Telephony Infrastructure Specialist and Junior Network Engineer/Telephony Infrastructure Specialist. My work includes telephony, Voice over IP (VoIP), IP networking, IP CCTV, IP cameras, and hardware support.
I also serve as an Information Technology Officer at Northeast Precision Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, following a long tenure as an IT Officer at FILBAKE FOOD CORPORATION.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Garcia College of Technology, I bring practical experience supporting users, maintaining IT hardware, and keeping technology operations running reliably.
