What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented professional with experience in data annotation, transcription, customer support, technical troubleshooting, and quality assurance. I consistently follow detailed guidelines to maintain high accuracy and deliver reliable results in remote and team-based environments.
Since 2020, I’ve worked as a Data/Image/Video Annotator & Transcriptionist, completing annotation, segmentation, labeling, and transcription projects across image, video, audio, and text datasets. I maintain quality standards throughout each dataset to support downstream AI and labeling workflows.
Earlier roles strengthened my communication and problem-solving instincts: I supported customers through chat as a Chat Sales Support Specialist, resolved mobile service and account issues as a Technical Support Representative (recognized as an SME and Top 1 Agent), and handled confidential customer concerns as a Customer Service Associate. I’m now seeking opportunities in AI data annotation, transcription, call evaluation, and language-focused roles.
