What I'm looking for
I thrive at the front line of customer experience, welcoming guests and ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and efficient. In my most recent role as a Guest Service Officer, I introduced guests to lounge services, verified and registered guests based on eligibility, and handled requests with urgency and care.
I also bring strong coordination skills from customer service and appointment work. As a Customer Service and Appointment Coordinator, I handled inbound calls to schedule and manage service appointments, managed the online appointment system, and provided customers with clear information about dealership services.
Before that, I strengthened my reliability and attention to detail in fast-moving retail and healthcare environments. As a Pharmacy Technician, I processed prescriptions and requests and operated pharmacy information systems efficiently; earlier, I worked as a cashier/barback and barista where I supported service through warm customer communication, restocking, organizing, and assisting with drink preparation.
I’m a fast learner and highly adaptable teammate, comfortable multitasking and handling conflict with respect and calm problem-solving.
