What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support German-speaking customers, resolve cases thoughtfully, communicate across cultures, and contribute strong documentation, troubleshooting, and service-quality skills.

I've supported German-speaking customers at Teleperformance in Bali, handling inbound calls, email inquiries, after-sales support, troubleshooting, escalations, and cases through resolution. My customer-satisfaction performance was recognized with a Weekly Best Performance award.

As a private German teacher since 2008, I create personalized lessons in grammar, pronunciation, communication, and cultural understanding. I adapt instruction to each learner while building strong listening, patience, and interpersonal skills.
