Nina Djuric

My name is Nina Đurić, and I am a first-year student at the Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration (FEFA), majoring in Psychology and Business. My journey into human resources began in high school, where I discovered my passion for understanding people and their motivations. With the guidance of an HR psychologist, I have honed my skills in communication, active listening, and emotional intelligence, achieving a score above 91% compared to my peers.

During my studies, I have developed a solid foundation in conducting interviews, analyzing candidates, and understanding interpersonal relationships. My organizational skills have been sharpened through effective time management and adherence to procedures, allowing me to thrive both independently and as part of a team. My brief experience in a local company, although only three months, provided me with valuable insights into the practical aspects of HR, where I successfully contributed to increasing sales and forging new business collaborations.
