I am a motivated and adaptable final-year Security Studies student at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Security Studies, preparing to pursue a Master's in Security Sciences. I have proven leadership experience as a team leader at Luff Gelato, where I trained staff, managed daily operations, handled financial reporting, and coordinated suppliers while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.

I bring strong communication, organizational and strategic thinking skills, with hands-on experience in onboarding, workflow optimization, and time-sensitive problem solving. I am fluent in English, native in Serbian, with beginner Chinese, and have practical digital skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry and research, complemented by coursework in Strategic Negotiation and state governance simulations.
