I am looking for a role that allows me to apply my sociology knowledge and skills in HR, focusing on learning and growth opportunities.

I am a dedicated sociology student with a strong commitment to understanding social dynamics and improving human resources processes. My practical approach to problem-solving and my detail-oriented mindset allow me to tackle challenges effectively. I thrive on learning and applying new skills, particularly in environments that foster growth and development.

During my time volunteering at OPTIM-UM NIŠ, I coordinated a team of four, which honed my planning and organizational skills. I have experience in interviewing candidates and possess a solid understanding of both qualitative and quantitative data analysis. I am eager to leverage my skills in a professional setting where I can contribute to meaningful HR initiatives.
