What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead AI literacy, curriculum innovation, instructional design, and digital transformation initiatives that improve inquiry-based learning and support educators’ professional growth.

At Buckswood School Riyadh, I lead IB PYP implementation across KG–Grade 6 while building an AI literacy curriculum grounded in inquiry-based learning.

I design hands-on AI learning experiences using Teachable Machine and Chrome Music Lab, and deliver AI Club sessions and staff workshops on meaningful AI integration in primary education. I’m also conducting Design-Based Research on how inquiry-based AI curriculum affects student engagement and critical thinking.

As Deputy Head, I manage recruitment, performance evaluation, mentoring, CPD, school operations, and pastoral care for more than 40 teaching and support staff.

Before education leadership, I drove digital transformation and marketing growth at MSM, including a 30% sales increase, 25% revenue growth, and a 70% boost in customer engagement. I bring bilingual English and Spanish communication, instructional design, and practical digital learning experience to education innovation.
