What I'm looking for

I’m looking for EdTech/e-learning work in Málaga where I can design learner-centered content, manage LMS platforms, and use performance data to improve outcomes—especially in remote-first teams building language, L&D, or training experiences.

I’m a bilingual educator and instructional designer with 10+ years of experience creating digital learning content and managing LMS platforms like Google Classroom and Canvas. I translate complex curricula into engaging online modules, then use data analytics (WIDA/ACCESS) to drive measurable outcomes.

In my current role as a Bilingual ELA Teacher & 8th Grade Team Coordinator, I digitized a full school district curriculum and built reusable modules for 150+ multilingual learners. Using WIDA/ACCESS data, I designed differentiated support for newcomer students, reducing language gap closure time by one semester.

I also lead blended-learning implementation with tools such as Nearpod, Edpuzzle, Canva, and interactive whiteboards, and I build programs that extend beyond the classroom (English Club for Newcomers and ESL Family Classes). I’m now seeking to leverage my education expertise in EdTech, e-learning, L&D, or content roles within Málaga’s growing tech ecosystem.
