What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead standards-aligned ELT/ELA and AI-supported curriculum work—building engaging digital learning systems that use analytics and assessment insights to improve measurable outcomes for K–12 learners.

I’m a Subject Matter Expert in English Language Teaching (ELT), with a strong focus on AI curriculum development and digital learning products. I bring 11 years of expertise in English pedagogy and digital curriculum design, creating standards-aligned, engaging and inquiry-based learning experiences for K-12 learners.

Over my career, I’ve built and scaled curriculum-led digital learning systems by integrating Cambridge, CEFR, and US Common Core frameworks. I’m known for developing structured academic content, assessments, and AI-supported learning systems that drive measurable learner outcomes, supported by learning-science and cognitive design principles.

As Curriculum Developer & Founder at Holz Kids (2022–Present), I’ve implemented a level-based curriculum system and lesson frameworks, supporting high student pass rates and assessment performance for UK and US school entry. I also designed CEFR/Cambridge/CCSS-aligned ELT & ELA digital content, using performance data and user feedback to improve learning efficiency and content quality.

I scale content production through AI prompt engineering while maintaining pedagogical accuracy and alignment to learning outcomes. I’ve also built success around retention—maintaining a 3–6 year student retention rate and achieving 95% client retention through iterative design and user success management.
