What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead AI literacy, curriculum innovation, instructional design, and digital transformation initiatives that improve inquiry-based learning and support educators’ professional growth.

I design AI adoption programmes and train the people who have to use them.

For the past few years I've worked at the difficult end of this: introducing AI literacy at internationalschool, where I designed the curriculum from zero for children aged 5–11 within an IB PYP framework, and then trained the teaching staff who had to deliver it — people with very different levels of confidence. Designing AI training for a nine-year-old forces a clarity that transfers directly to adult learners.

Before education I was Marketing Director in Spain, leading a team and managing external agencies. So I approach AI transformation as an adoption problem, not a tooling problem: I know what it takes to get people to actually change how they work, and I can talk to a leadership team about outcomes rather than features.

What I do now: AI training programmes for organisations and educators, learning experience design for AI platforms (onboarding, enablement, customer education), teacher and staff development, and instructional design. MA in Educational Leadership (UK). Fully bilingual English/Spanish. I build and deliver the same programme in both markets.

Based in Valencia, Spain. Remote-first, open to permanent roles, freelance and consulting.
