At Uber, I led full-stack development of a shared platform that brought merchant logistics, financial reporting, and live order tracking into one experience. I consolidated four legacy portals into a React and TypeScript platform that let six engineering teams release features independently.
I also built a Node.js and TypeScript Backend-for-Frontend that connected GraphQL APIs to more than 20 Go and Java services. Kafka-backed services, Redis Pub/Sub, and WebSockets powered live order updates in merchant dashboards.
Before that, I led architecture and full-stack development for Uber Freight’s pricing and dispatch application, and worked on Amazon’s personalized homepage and retail services. At Amazon, I built reusable React components and backend APIs that delivered recommendation data to shopping experiences.
Earlier, I developed Oracle Essbase database integrations and software for embedded systems, industrial monitoring, and desktop applications. My work has included cloud services, real-time applications, and database integration, alongside mentoring engineers and defining API contracts.
