At eSystems Inc. / Arkansas DHS, I conduct UAT for English and Spanish healthcare and public-assistance applications. I test integrated eligibility workflows and validate Spanish translations and multilingual functionality.
At InterVision Systems, I tested IVR and chatbot self-service applications for accounts, claims, and service requests in English and Spanish. I also tested healthcare and EHR-related workflows involving patient information, medical records, and appointments.
At NJ Eye & Ear, I tested healthcare applications and validated patient demographics, medical records, and appointment details. I also checked Spanish-language functionality, IVR prompts, and patient-facing workflows for translation accuracy and usability.
Across these roles, I’ve created and executed test scenarios, cases, scripts, and test data, and documented and retested defects. My experience includes manual, functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing, as well as work in Agile/Scrum environments.
