At ResourcePro, I support U.S. commercial insurance accounts across General Liability, Commercial Property, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, and Umbrella/Excess Liability.

I process renewals, endorsements, and policy changes, validate policy and client data, and review documentation for accuracy and completeness. I also generate brokerage binders, process insurance invoices, and maintain loss-run records.

I use AMS daily for policy and account processing and OnBase for document retrieval, filing, and records management. I coordinate with carriers and internal teams on outstanding requirements and subjectivities while escalating discrepancies through established procedures.

I’m comfortable managing high volumes of concurrent servicing work while meeting SLA, quality, and turnaround-time standards. Earlier, at Elcamino Software, I resolved client queries through email and chat and tracked interactions through resolution in a ticketing system.
