I'm looking to lead talent acquisition, GCC builds, product hiring, or multi-client staffing where I can build scalable recruiting operations, use AI automation, partner with business leaders, and deliver measurable hiring outcomes.

At Reliable Group, I lead talent acquisition across US contractual staffing, 0-to-1 healthcare startup builds, and GCC setups for clients including Royal Bank of Canada, Deloitte, CVS, and Fitch Group. I built a 70+ person product team in under three months while achieving more than 99% one-year retention.

I own the commercial and delivery model end to end, from USD rate negotiations and vendor governance to ATS implementation, recruiting dashboards, and executive hiring. I also introduced AI-driven sourcing automation that reduced time-to-hire by 35% and mentor a team of recruiters across parallel client mandates.

Previously, I delivered full-cycle technology recruitment for multi-client US and domestic portfolios at Maxima Consulting and supported technology scale-up hiring at Aakash BYJU'S Technology Innovation Lab. I founded HyreLens, a free AI productivity platform built specifically for recruiters.
