I’m looking to lead product and growth where I can own onboarding, monetization, and unit economics—turning insights into experiments that improve CAC/LTV, retention, and referral loops, while scaling operations in resource-constrained environments.

I’m a product and growth lead who builds EdTech and marketplace products from concept validation to scalable operations. I focus on monetization, onboarding, growth systems, and unit economics—especially CAC/LTV, retention, and referral mechanics.

At Conocicon (2023–Present), I built scalable product and operational systems across onboarding, monetization, analytics, and acquisition flows. I achieved a CAC/LTV ratio of 5.2 while keeping acquisition costs below regional benchmarks, and I reduced CAC by up to 3x versus market benchmarks in selected countries and by 30% overall through localization and funnel optimization.

I also strengthened product growth and activation by building onboarding systems that convert paid users across multiple acquisition channels, reaching monthly revenue per active user levels 35% above the regional market average. I drove referral-driven growth with a K-factor exceeding 4% and led end-to-end onboarding, monetization, and operational scaling initiatives.

Previously, I led product and growth at GameGuru (2021–2022), reworking onboarding, positioning, and monetization for the esports audience using gaming user behavior research, and I improved acquisition and conversion flows. At MyFanzo (2018–2021), I built a creator monetization platform from concept validation to pre-launch scale—acquiring 400 creators pre-launch with zero paid marketing spend—then expanded beyond MVP while resolving payment infrastructure constraints. Earlier, as QuestCovery’s Founder / Product Lead (2019–2020), I built an inbound tourism MVP, acquired first paying customers with zero marketing budget, and led product discovery and launch preparation.
