What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead UX strategy, mentor teams, scale design systems, and drive user-centered outcomes in collaborative, product-focused organizations.

I am a Product Design Lead with 15+ years shaping end-to-end product experiences and elevating design maturity across organizations. I operate as a player–coach: mentoring designers, establishing scalable processes, and remaining hands-on in research, interaction design, prototyping, and design systems.

I bring clarity to complex problems, transforming ambiguity into actionable direction while partnering with product and engineering leaders to deliver measurable impact. I have built and led UX vision for multiple product areas and implemented company-wide user testing strategies to enable data-driven decisions.

I created UX United to help cross-functional teams adopt UX thinking and improve product quality through better collaboration, and I’ve delivered numerous workshops and courses to elevate design maturity across product, QA, engineering, and leadership.

My leadership blends empathy, structure, and strategic thinking to empower teams to make confident, user-centered decisions and to accelerate execution through scalable design systems, structured reviews, and documentation standards.
