What I'm looking for

I build things from start to finish: I created and published a full curriculum, designed a system that tracked work from submission to completion, and edited materials for accuracy and clarity. I’m looking for a remote role where I can use these skills, learn new tools and technology, and help create something that makes a real difference for people.

I’m an ESL teacher, curriculum developer and published educational author with 10 years of experience in education across Hong Kong, South Korea, and Thailand.

I build learning products end to end, from the ground up. Through my imprint, Acorn & Quill, I designed and published Phonics Sprouts, a cumulative phonics workbook series. Magic E and Vowel Teams are on Amazon and IngramSpark, with 3 more titles in production. I’m also developing a 5-level creative and formal writing curriculum for ages 6–13 (125 lessons). I handle every stage myself: learning outcomes, skill sequencing, lesson writing, assessment design, layout, and print-ready production. I’ve created over 1,000 pages of original materials.

Before this, I designed the end-to-end workflow for a learning center’s homework system, mapping how assignments moved from parents to the right teacher, through grading, and back, with tracking at every stage. I also proofread and improved primary-level curriculum and trained and supported a team of 5 teachers. I still teach students online, which keeps my materials practical and tested.

I’m detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
