At MRF, I prepared a report on the company’s organizational structure and HR systems, applying Industrial Psychology to examine workflows, hierarchy, and policy effectiveness. I also reviewed training, appraisal, and manpower planning policies and observed SAP ERP in operations.
As an Editorial Intern at Manorama Online, I authored health articles on OCD, anxiety, and postpartum depression, drawing on interviews with experts and people with firsthand experience.
At TRADA Kottayam, I applied counseling strategies while interacting with patients and prepared case histories and Mental State Examinations. I also facilitated value-based sessions and participated in addiction-awareness outreach.
I completed an MS in Psychology at Jain (Deemed-to-be University), alongside training in therapist skills and courses in positive psychology and consumer psychology. My interests and experience span organizational psychology, mental health, and research.
