What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to pursue an MSc in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and build expertise in workplace behavior, employee well-being, and organizational development.

I've conducted psychological research with 111 emerging adults in Kerala, using standardized psychometric instruments, descriptive statistics, and Pearson correlation analysis. I presented the resulting conference paper at the International Conference on Contemporary Psychotherapeutics.

I've also supported recruitment, onboarding, interviewing, training, documentation, and reporting as an HR Intern at Arackathara Reclamations. Through a psychiatric-ward internship at Pushpagiri Medical College Hospital, I documented clinical observations, followed client cases, and contributed to case discussions using MSE protocols.
