What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an opportunity in HR or people operations where I can apply my communication, research and data-analysis skills in a people-centred professional environment.

At MGM Hospital, CBD Belapur, I assisted qualified clinical psychologists with patient assessments and confidential case documentation. I also observed therapy sessions and contributed to case discussions.

At Vandrevala Foundation, I held one-to-one conversations with people experiencing emotional distress and signposted them to relevant articles and support resources. At MGM Hospital, Kamothe, I assisted with assessments and case histories and co-facilitated individual and group therapy sessions.

As Student Coordinator for my college’s Psychology Department, I coordinated academic and co-curricular events and maintained event documentation. I’m interested in organisational behaviour, employee well-being, motivation and job satisfaction, and hope to apply my research and data-analysis skills in HR or people operations.
