At Aspire – A unit of Sree Shyam Sayi Corporation Pvt. Ltd., I coached 400+ employees using CBT strategies, motivational interviewing, and goal-setting theory. I also led a habit-tracking research study that achieved a 37% improvement in performance outcomes.
My work at Aspire included organisational diagnostic questionnaires and co-authoring the white paper Learning as a Way of Work. During my clinical psychology training at Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, I completed a hospital rotation and conducted psychological assessments under supervision.
