During my tenure at HCLTech as a Senior Executive in Project Management, I successfully oversaw cross-functional teams to meet client specifications for network and security projects. I created and updated project plans, managed program trackers, and analyzed project resources. I also led MPLS and Fortinet migration projects across diverse client sites, ensuring quality assurance and managing change processes.

As an intern in Marketing Research, I conducted research in the warehouse/manufacturing industries and designed questionnaires to find optimal IoT solutions. I executed survey designs, gathered quantitative data, and prepared concise research insights tailored to specific business needs. I also streamlined data collection processes, resulting in more accurate and timely insights for decision making.
