At HCLTech, I manage a portfolio of six customer projects across Financial Services, Manufacturing and ROW, reporting project updates to delivery heads.
I coordinate with Project Managers, Sales, Delivery, Finance, Collections and other teams to turn business needs into actionable results and keep project health green. I also lead regular project meetings covering deliverables, progress, risks and mitigation.
I develop trackers for SOWs, MSAs, financial analysis, projections, resource assignments and billable quantities. My work has helped maintain 100% audit-ready project documentation and supported on-time billing through forecasting and coordination with finance teams.
Earlier, as a Sales & Marketing Intern at TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited and a MarketingResearch Intern at TESCOM (TATA x employee services company), I studied customer decisions, market trends and competitor positioning.
