At E-Factor Experiences Ltd., I coordinate museum projects across India and develop visual communication that makes exhibition content accessible to visitors. I also design participatory programs and coordinate teams and workflows for project delivery.
At KhayaliDabba, I designed and piloted a portable learning model focused on observation, environment, and self-expression. I create and facilitate art programs for children and families, and have worked with organisations including Aga Khan Trust and Kiran Nadar Museum of Art.
At Museum of Solutions (A JSW Initiative), I designed and delivered 30+ arts-based curriculum modules for participants across age groups. I also trained a team of facilitators and refined learning experiences through research, on-ground testing, and feedback.
Earlier, at Sarvam Foundation, I led the English Teaching Programme with a team of 25, and at Profit)t Institute I designed summer art programs for children. My work is grounded in arts-based learning, child development, and Social-Emotional Learning.
