What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a long-term role where I can apply my experience to bring about meaningful impact in society.

At UdhyamLearningFoundation, I research and design curricula that develop entrepreneurial mindsets and competencies among students in Grades 9–12. I create learning objectives, journeys, workbooks, manuals, and facilitator training materials.

I collaborate with operations colleagues on curriculum implementation and share insights for program implementation at scale. I also work with the M&E team on baseline and endline evaluation frameworks, external stakeholders on MoUs and partnerships, and use data analysis to inform curriculum iterations.

At InvolveLearningSolutionsFoundation, I used primary and secondary research to identify stakeholder needs and create contextual designs. I developed a strategic plan to support the field team and designed sessions and trainings for Student Champions, community teachers, and other stakeholders.

At Gurushala,PrathamEducationFoundation, I led the Gurushala National Aptitude Test project, including hiring subject experts, documenting the plan, and creating mock and final tests. I also led a Learning Improvement Plan project, created student course modules and content, and provided online life skills training for teachers and students.
