What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead arts-based SEL and child wellbeing programs—designing curricula, training educators, partnering with parents and communities, and using data-driven MEL to continuously improve outcomes in inclusive, under-resourced learning spaces.

I’m a psychologist and SEL educator with an MA in Psychology (Clinical Psychology specialization). I design arts-based, experiential learning that connects social-emotional development, child wellbeing, and inclusive practice—especially in under-resourced communities.

As a Center Coordinator at Openhouse, I lead daily operations and improve admissions conversion through personalized walkthroughs, CRM-led outreach, and structured follow-ups, while streamlining workflows across teachers, non-teaching staff, and leadership. Through the SLAM OUT LOUD fellowship, I developed and facilitated a bilingual arts-based SEL curriculum for 200+ students, trained 17+ teachers in emotionally responsive pedagogy, and conducted home visits to strengthen community-driven learning strategies. I also use student assessments and data-driven insights to refine curriculum delivery, and I guide gender equity workshops that culminated in published work showcased in Sandbox Collective’s Feminist Library.
