I’m looking for a role where I can use my experience in technical support, data infrastructure, and troubleshooting to solve complex problems and create customer impact. I value continuous learning, strong collaboration, ownership, and opportunities to grow technically and professionally.

At Starburst Data Inc., I guide enterprise customers through production deployments and resolve complex issues across Starburst Enterprise and Trino. I also lead performance engagements, tuning queries and cost-based optimizers to bring analytical workloads back within customer SLAs.

For a strategic customer, I owned a proof of concept for end-to-end identity propagation through Starburst Enterprise to Apache Ranger. I designed the token flow and demonstrated that authorization decisions and audit logs could reflect the real end user, helping convert the design into a proposed Professional Services engagement.

Previously, at Acceldata Inc., I led Acceldata Pulse implementations and built and operated Hadoop clusters of 400+ nodes for PhonePe. At Cloudera Inc., I owned complex Severity 1 escalations for global enterprise customers and produced root cause analyses across distributed systems.
