I'm currently administering Microsoft 365 and Office 365 environments at Intelligic Software Pvt. Ltd., supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Entra ID.

I manage user lifecycles, mailbox creation, licensing, groups, access, RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO. I also configure Intune, Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, and patch management.

Previously, I supported Office 365 and Windows Server environments at Quantumsoft Technologies Private Limited and delivered technical and infrastructure support at RSL Pvt Ltd. My work includes Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, VPN, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery support, ITIL processes, and L1 through L3 troubleshooting.

I've automated bulk user management, reporting, and mailbox administration with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API. I focus on secure, reliable Microsoft 365 operations through Defender, Purview, DLP, service-health monitoring, and practical incident resolution.
