I've led tenant-to-tenant and mailbox migrations with zero data loss and minimal disruption, configured Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, PIM, enterprise applications, and SSO, and automated administration through PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.

Previously at Xalient India and New Globe Education, I supported global users across M365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, hardware, software, networking, and cloud services. I owned incident lifecycles, onboarding and offboarding, asset management, documentation, and L1/L2 support while maintaining strong SLA performance.

My foundation in IT engineering includes Windows endpoint administration, Active Directory, Exchange support, LAN/WAN, VPN, NAS, CCTV, and infrastructure operations. I focus on secure, compliant, zero-downtime services for users across India, the US, UK, EMEA, and Africa.
