I’m a Technical Lead with 3+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, network engineering, and cloud administration. I focus on building reliable, scalable, and efficient technology solutions aligned with ITIL best practices, with a strong track record in incident resolution and service improvements.

In my current role, I support infrastructure and network operations for 2,800+ retail locations, ensuring high availability and business continuity across distributed environments. I’ve led store modernization initiatives, executed data migrations and production cutovers, and improved deployment success using structured readiness assessments, Go/No-Go reviews, and rollback planning.

I also drive network and cloud service management through ServiceNow, delivering ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management while collaborating with global engineering teams. My technical strengths include Microsoft Azure (including Azure Active Directory/Entra ID), Fortinet SD-WAN and FortiGate administration, Citrix VDI, Windows infrastructure, Linux administration, and enterprise retail technology deployments.
