I’m a detailed-oriented professional with experience in banking, retail management, customer service, cash handling, and healthcare support. In my Head Teller role at Trustco Bank, I processed deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transactions with accuracy and professionalism while maintaining and balancing cash drawers and preparing verified daily deposits and financial documentation.

In addition to banking, I’ve led teams in a fast-paced retail environment as an Assistant Manager at Lane Bryant—opening and closing with compliance, training and onboarding new employees, and reconciling transactions at the end of each shift.
