What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my production planning, program-launch, lean improvement, and business analytics capabilities in a cross-functional manufacturing environment where I can improve operational readiness, cost, and workflow efficiency.

At Emerson Integrated Manufacturing Campus, I manage end-to-end planning for 5,500–6,000 KLOK and GR series butterfly valves, translating customer purchase orders into production plans through BAAN LN and LN Web.

Previously at Lear Corporation, I supported four Mahindra & Mahindra seating programs—XEV9E, BEV9E, Scorpio N, and XUV700 Massager & Ventilation—through development, production trials, and SOP readiness. I coordinated 8+ cross-functional departments, 10+ suppliers, and five buyers while supporting engineering changes, PTR activities, and launch readiness.

I’ve contributed to manpower, logistics, and plant cost improvements, including approximately US$150K in annual manpower savings and a 30% reduction in outbound transportation cost. I’m also pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics and apply AI-assisted analysis and workflow automation to improve operations.
