I'm seeking an entry-level managerial role where I can apply leadership, customer relationship, operational, problem-solving, and process improvement skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive organizational success.

At Shoppers Stop, I lead refund management and payment operations with 100% SLA adherence across online and offline channels. I manage social media and CXO-level escalations, conduct quality audits, and deliver training that improves team performance and CSAT.

Previously, I developed CRM strategies at Drools Pet Food to strengthen retention and loyalty, and supported targeted email campaigns and cross-functional CRM solutions.
