What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition Coordinator role where I can own end-to-end recruitment, strengthen HR operations and compliance, and use analytics (dashboards, trackers, surveys) to improve employee experience and hiring outcomes.

I’m an early-career HR professional with hands-on experience across talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement through structured internships and an apprenticeship during my undergraduate and MBA studies. I’m certified in HR Analytics (UC Irvine) and actively building my HR expertise while completing my MBA in Human Resources (MIT-WPU, expected 2026).

In my Talent Acquisition Coordinator internship at Pattern®, I managed 20+ concurrent requisitions in Lever ATS and closed 4–5 roles in 4 months—from job posting through offer coordination. I built and screened candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, maintained candidate experience across US-shift, multi-timezone scheduling, and gave hiring managers real-time visibility through sourcing trackers and dashboards in weekly cross-functional syncs.

Previously, I supported full-cycle recruitment at NoBrokerage.com, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate outreach. As an HR Apprentice at The Taj Mahal Palace, I led engagement surveys for 1,900+ employees, coordinated mandatory medical compliance for 1,900+ food handlers, and conducted structured compliance audits—while also organizing employee engagement events and supporting CSR initiatives under Paathya.
