Nicole Smith

I am an HR Manager with a strong generalist background and a passion for developing people and improving workplace culture. I bring hands-on experience across recruitment, training and development, payroll coordination, performance management, and IR matters.

At my current role I manage HR operations for approximately 80 employees, promoting company values, administering recruitment and onboarding, and supporting succession and performance processes. Previously I supported a broader workforce of 375 employees in senior HR functions.

I have experience handling disciplinary matters, employee grievances, CCMA representation (conciliation/arbitration), and HR reporting including SETA-aligned training, Employment Equity and BBBEE requirements. I also coordinate learnerships, skills programmes and training interventions.

I work collaboratively with payroll and management to ensure accurate employee data, timely salary processing and effective HR administration, and I bring a proactive, positive approach to building relationships and enabling employee growth.
