Since 11/2022, as Assistant General Manager at Condado Tacos, I oversee daily operations across all departments, holding a team of 40+ accountable to performance, service, and profitability standards. I manage inventory, cost controls, and weekly financial reporting, consistently meeting variance and budget targets.

I lead onboarding and development programs for new managers and team members, building internal talent and reducing turnover. I also serve as a primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns—resolving issues with professionalism and turning negative experiences into loyalty.

I’m known for spotting operational gaps and implementing systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and long-term performance. Previously as an Assistant Manager for a new location launch, I managed hiring, training, and operational setup from the ground up, while driving revenue growth and managing labor costs. As a Shift Leader, I ran opening, mid, and closing shifts, delivered performance reviews, and developed scheduling and communication systems that improved engagement and reduced operational friction.
