What I'm looking for

I'm seeking senior HR or HR-legal leadership roles where I can lead employee relations strategy, employment-law compliance, governance, litigation risk management, and multi-jurisdictional HR delivery.

I've led employment relations legal strategy and HR compliance for Sonder Home Care UK, Holland America Line, Babcock International Group, and major South African infrastructure projects. Across UK, South African, and maritime jurisdictions, I advise leaders on contracts, terminations, misconduct, incapacity, litigation, and regulatory risk.

At Sonder Home Care UK, I authored 25+ HR policies and managed Employment Tribunal matters from ACAS Early Conciliation through hearings, achieving zero unfavourable outcomes. At Babcock and Murray & Roberts, I managed complex disciplinary, union, CCMA, and restructuring matters, including 800+ disciplinary cases with zero unfair dismissal findings.

I'm a hands-on people leader who builds audit-ready HR governance, mentors HR teams, and delivers practical, legally compliant solutions across international operations.
