For Smart Jobs AI Agent, I led UX and product delivery for a job-search platform supporting job discovery, match scoring, application preparation, scheduling, alerts, and recruiter communication. I designed human-in-the-loop approval so users stay in control of outbound actions.
Previously, at Smart Geeks, I led UX work for B2B websites, mobile apps, and SaaS concepts, using research and usability studies to guide product decisions. Earlier, at Intrinsic Technology Solutions, I directed technology operations and service delivery supporting approximately 3,200 staff members and customers.
