I’m a Doctoral Candidate in Health Care Administration and a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, with progressive experience spanning hospital-affiliated systems, emergency medical services, regulatory oversight, and workforce development. I bring operational precision to high-acuity environments—translating compliance and governance into measurable, patient-centered results.

In my current work, I implement data-informed care programs aligned with regulatory frameworks, collaborating across interdisciplinary teams to optimize service delivery and outcomes. I monitor performance metrics, adjust care strategies for continuous quality improvement, and maintain audit readiness across educational and healthcare mandates.

My broader leadership background comes from serving as a Lead Paramedic & Alternate Narcotics Agent, overseeing controlled substance management with DEA and NYS compliance to ensure audit readiness and zero-diversion accountability. I also support operational readiness, staffing oversight, protocol adherence, and clinical transitions—plus I’ve led clinical workforce education as a Northwell Health instructor, evaluating competency benchmarks and strengthening system-wide quality standards.
