What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead workforce development, training, accessibility, or people-operations programs where I can improve service delivery, develop teams, use data to guide decisions, and build meaningful partnerships.

I'm leading employment operations at Ohel Children’s Home and Family Services, supervising 50+ job coaches and clients while overseeing scheduling, caseloads, approvals, billing reports, and compliance documentation.

I recruit and interview candidates, conduct job analyses, and launched a graduate-level internship initiative. I also build job-coach training, manuals, performance improvement plans, engagement surveys, and professional development sessions.

Previously at Hunter College’s Office of AccessABILITY, I tracked 100+ accommodations and co-developed standardized protocols. My survey analysis and board reporting contributed to a 40% increase in satisfaction metrics.

Across disability accommodations, healthcare administration, and student leadership, I use data, training, and partnerships to improve service delivery. I also serve as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for ATD NYC.
