I’m an SPHR-certified talent professional with 7+ years supporting managers across recruiting strategy, employee relations, compensation support, onboarding, and workforce partnership in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare environments. I act as a trusted advisor to leaders on hiring decisions, performance concerns, and people strategy.
In my current role as a Recruiter/People Operations Lead, I redefined workforce strategy from talent acquisition–centric to retention-first by designing and implementing a Direct Support Professional (DSP) retention strategy that exceeded recruitment goals for 2023, 2024, and 2025 with no dedicated recruitment budget.
