What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my HR, employee relations, compliance, and people operations experience in a role where I can strengthen practical processes, coach employees, partner with leadership, and support an engaged workforce.

I've supported people, performance, compliance, and operations across healthcare, transportation, education, and regulated service environments for more than eight years.

At Celebree School of Glen Burnie, I directed HR for a 20-employee organization, supervised 16 employees, led full-cycle hiring and onboarding, managed employee relations and investigations, and administered benefits through BambooHR.

At WSP USA embedded with MTA Light Rail leadership, I strengthened policies, SOPs, corrective-action and safety-tracking processes while supporting union employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management. In my current service coordination role, I maintain 100% documentation compliance and mentor colleagues as a Certified Peer Mentor.
