What I'm looking for
I am a hospitality professional and chef with extensive management experience across restaurants, cafes and bars, and certified doula training to support women through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I have led front- and back-of-house teams, managed operations, designed menus, controlled stock and costs, and delivered excellent customer service while operating POS systems such as GAAP, Micros, King POS and POSitron.
I founded Brigid Doula Services to provide antenatal education, virtual birth support, nutrition advice and postpartum meal kits, and I hold lactation consultant credentials through La Leche League of South Africa. I bring practical, hands-on leadership, first-aid and safety training, and a passion for both the restaurant industry and maternal support services.
